We had a small birthday celebration for Micah at camp, but he had requested a “Thomas the Train” birthday cake and so we had another family celebration on Sunday afternoon. Oma had brought along all kinds of Thomas birthday decorations and a special edible picture to put on top of the cake.
Our birthday present to Micah was a new bike with training wheels – he was thrilled, but is having a hard time getting the right leg/foot motion down.
He also got to open a new Gordon train from Memaw and Pepaw while they watched on the webcam.
Joel got to enjoy some leftover frosting from Oma!
I was just taking a few minutes to catch up on blogs, and Kenneth saw Thomas the Train! He is a big Thomas fan as well. Anyway, a belated Happy Birthday to Micah from a fellow Thomas fan. We hope that you are well and enjoying your summer.
On another note, we are expecting the birth of our third child in mid-December! We thank the Lord for His graciously adding to our family and continuing to supply wisdom and strength day by day. May God richly bless you and keep you under His wings.
